COATING MACHINE TC500

Applies cheese plastic film on top of cheese, for applying labels.

Coatingmachine that can be placed on an existing conveyor belt, in combination with the Labelling machine LB 2400. Ideal for situations where no plasticizing machine is installed in a line for cheese treatment. This machine is not intended for regular cheese plasticizing.

Easily cleanable by removable application roller.
Capacity: up to 2.400 cheeses per hour
Cheese Dimensions : Ø 300- 460 mm / H60- 150 mm
Recommended Coating: Delvocoat 04019 or 07096
