Appliance of banderoles on round cheeses.

Fully automatic labeling machine, which is placed on top of an excisting conveyor. The LB 2400 is intended for labeling cheeses after plastic coating. The processed material for the labels are teabag paper or silk paper. Because of the use of cheese plastic the pores under the label are filled up and the label is firmly glued to the cheese. This virtually eliminates the risk of mould under the label. Using cheese plastic has another advantage. When cutting cheese, the banderol material will not come off so easily.
